Hello, I have a question regarding the 190 Victoria (VIC) state nomination visa. I understand that one of the conditions for this visa is having a physical office in Melbourne. Currently, I am residing in VIC and working remotely for a company based in NSW. The company used to have an office in VIC, but it was recently closed down. The company's head office is still located in NSW.
Am I eligible to apply for the 190 VIC visa under these circumstances?
